30-years’ experience in marketing communications, strategic planning and customer insight driven research across famous brands and those yet-to-be famous. Will’s primary roles are in directing client relationships with over-sight of research programmes, value-adding marketing consultancy, research planning/analysis as well as hands-on executive depth interviewing and focus group moderation. Furthermore Will is an active member of the regional CIM and Full Member of the Market Research Society (MRS). And outside work? Well anything involving boats will do it
Sara Herschel-Shorland, Operations Director
30-years’ experience in ‘blue-chip’ marketing and market research roles – both client-side and agency-side. Sara’s primary roles are in the rigorous management of quality control processes and essential operational management, coupled with offering incisive marketing consultancy, research planning and analysis in support of clients. Rigorous? Well how else can Sara juggle all the balls, spin all the plates and sing Mozart’s Requiem at the same time…
